Our Main Services

1. Chilled Water Systems

Implementation of chilled water-based central air conditioning systems, including chillers, pumps, piping networks, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), while ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency.

2. Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems (VRF / VRV)

Supply and installation of variable refrigerant flow air conditioning systems, providing flexible temperature control across different zones in accordance with design requirements and facility usage.

3. Direct Expansion Systems (DX Systems)

Implementation of direct expansion air conditioning systems, including split units, concealed units, and packaged units, based on thermal load calculations and project requirements.

4. Mechanical Ventilation Systems

Implementation of ventilation, fresh air supply, and exhaust systems, including ventilation fans and air extraction systems, in accordance with indoor air quality requirements and approved specifications.

5. Ductwork Systems

Fabrication, supply, and installation of air ducts and related accessories, including thermal and acoustic insulation, dampers, and air outlets, in accordance with approved drawings and performance requirements.

6. HVAC Controls and Automation

Implementation of temperature and operational control systems, with integration of HVAC equipment into Building Management Systems (BMS) where required, to improve operational efficiency and optimize energy consumption.

7. Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB)

Conducting operational inspections and testing, adjusting and balancing air and water flow rates, and verifying equipment and system performance in accordance with design requirements, followed by the preparation of testing, commissioning, and handover reports.
